Element Brooklyn is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join us two days a week at our Bushwick warehouse. You'll be the on-camera presence for our social channels — filming behind-the-scenes production content, product shots, video ads, tutorials, and more. This is a hands-on role. We need someone who's comfortable and confident on camera, can shoot and edit their own content, and brings ideas to the table.
What you'll do:
– Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
– Film behind-the-scenes content, especially of candle making
– Appear on camera as a face of the brand, bringing personality and energy to our content
– Develop and pitch creative content ideas that align with our brand voice
– Stay on top of social trends and help us translate them into content that feels authentic to Element Brooklyn
– Collaborate with our small team to brainstorm campaigns, launches, and creative direction

This role will pay $45 p/h and will participate in our end-of-year performance bonus pool.
