We're looking for an organized, hands-on Field Superintendent to oversee all of our active job sites. You'll be the link between our shop, our installation crews, and our customers, making sure every project is ready for work, every delivery is complete, and every installation matches the approved shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Readiness
Visit job sites ahead of scheduled work to confirm they're properly prepared: access, clearances, measurements, utilities, and conditions left by other trades.
Identify and resolve site issues before crews and materials arrive to prevent delays and return trips.
Shop Coordination:
Work closely with the shop to confirm that every item needed on site (materials, hardware, fasteners, tools, and accessories) is packed and included with each delivery.
Quality Control & Drawing Compliance:
Check that all onsite work follows the approved shop drawings, specifications, and any agreed changes.
Catch and correct discrepancies early, and document any field changes for the office and shop.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the main onsite point of contact for customers, general contractors, and site supervisors.
Address questions, concerns, and change requests professionally, and keep the office informed.
Qualifications:
Experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or project coordinator in construction or a related trade.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction plans.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication with customers and crews.
Comfortable managing several job sites at once.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
