Looking for a singer for an experimental punk/electronic crossover project.
I’m 31, recently moved back to the US after living in London. I play guitar, bass and synths. Was in alt punk bands in Nashville for a while then got into producing acid techno while I was in London.
I’ve got a bunch of demos ready 2 go. They’re basically hardcore riffs run through 303s and amp sims with heavy sampled drums. Think the punk/electronic crossover of LustSickPuppy + Machine Girl + Atari Teenage Riot, “March of the Pigs” era NIN production, and A Place To Bury Strangers noise. Also really into Peaches, Sextile, The Garden and Brutalismus 3000.
Looking for someone with some experience who has similar taste in music and is down to experiment and make fun, fast, heavy, weird music and art.
Ideally you’re in Brooklyn or Queens and interested in meeting up to record, make visual stuff, put tracks out and potentially play live. Huge plus if you produce or want to get involved in the production too.
