The space: A fully stocked sewing studio with industrial sized cutting table, multiple dress forms, and TONS of storage. it's in a basement with decent light. It has its own bathroom, W/D, utility sink, private backyard access good for painting or dyeing projects.
What you get: Just bring your own sewing machine & supplies, the space has everything else you need. Your workspace will have a sewing table, pegboard wall, and desk drawers. You'll have one full 12 cube storage wall for your supplies and access to bin storage in the storage room on the same floor. We share the industrial sized cutting table, extra machines (2 sergers, 1 straight home singer), leg form, and dress form.
Rental is $600/ month (negotiable) plus $75 in utilities: internet, heat & electricity. You can start moving in Sept 1st
