One Stop Management is hiring reliable, professional Security Guards / Residential Concierges for multiple openings across morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Please indicate which shifts you are available to work when applying.
In this role, you will help keep our residential property safe, orderly, and welcoming. You will be a first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while monitoring building access and responding to concerns.
Responsibilities:
-Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, property grounds, security cameras, and access systems.
-Greet residents and visitors, verify access, and maintain visitor logs.
-Conduct regular patrols and report security, safety, or maintenance concerns.
-Respond promptly and calmly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
-Document shift activity and incidents accurately, and notify management when follow-up is needed.
-Assist with packages and deliveries.
-Follow building policies and access procedures, and coordinate with management, maintenance staff, or emergency responders as needed.
Qualifications:
-At least one year of concierge, security, customer service, or related experience preferred.
-Strong communication, observation, and judgment.
-Professional demeanor and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
-Basic computer skills and the ability to write clear, accurate reports.
-Dependable attendance and the ability to remain attentive throughout a shift.
-Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
-Availability for the shift you apply for, including weekends or holidays as scheduled.
