Busy screen printing and embroidery shop in Greenpoint, Brooklyn looking for a screen tech to run our screen department:
- Reclaim screens (ink removal, dehazing, degreasing)
- Coat and burn/expose screens for production
- Manage the screen room — keep screens prepped and ready so jobs never wait on you
- Track mesh counts, tensions, and emulsion/supplies; flag reorders before we run out
- Keep the washout and exposure area clean and organized
Experience in a screen printing shop's screen room preferred. This is a lead role for the department, not just a helper spot.
Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. Pay: starting at $23/hr.
