We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Screen Printer to join our production team focusing specifically on table fabric printing. In this role, you will handle the manual process of transferring designs onto large-format textiles and table fabrics.
While a general understanding of the screen printing process is important, we are fully matching this with a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to our specific large-format table printing setup. If you have a solid foundation in print production but are eager to master a unique, specialized craft, we want to hear from you.
• Experience: Previous experience in standard screen printing (e.g., apparel, flatstock) is highly valued.
• Willingness to Learn: Enthusiastic about mastering large-scale table fabric printing techniques and proprietary shop workflows.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk along extended printing tables, and lift/move heavy screens or fabric bolts (up to 50 lbs).
• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for color accuracy, pattern repetition, and registration alignment.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.
