Looking for a roommate for my Bushwick apartment, which is just steps from the Flushing stop of the J train, or a short walk to the L train Morgan stop. $1200 a month, all utilities included (including internet), $1200 deposit with a commitment of at least 1 year. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of a walk-up building, the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a huge TV in the living room. The available bedroom is about 165 square feet, bright, has a closet and it’s own private entrance. The room is also furnished with a Queen-sized bed, a desk and mirror. There are also a few plants that need the sun in that room - so hopefully you won't mind watering them. The bedroom in the photos is the available room. The room is available as soon as I find someone I feel compatible with, sometime in November or Dec 1st.

I’m a 53 year old gay man and a designer/artist. I work from home - so I’m here most of the time.

Please let me know a bit about yourself - your work, hours etc, the more info the better. No couples or pets.
