I have an apartment in Brooklyn with a large room available for short term or longer. Daily, weekly, monthly.
Transportation: B8, B68, B11, B35 - F, Q/B Trains
Several groceries, department stores, pharmacies, laundromats, restaurants, etc.
Safe, uneventful, fairly quiet neighborhood aside from traffic.
The room is lightly furnished with a sofa bed, although I have a queen mattress in storage, a television, 2 closets. The photos are the room how I had it previously. I have a small photo/green screen set up in there now which can go in a closet or would be available for use. So great if you're interested in photography/video. Audio as well. The other room holds some audio gear as music is a hobby I'm looking to turn into a second income. I do work in audio/video so that's great if you're into that as well, and am studying massage. Cannabis and moderate drinks is fine but no cigarette smokers or other substance use please. Pets, I'd rather not but open to discussion. Just 1 other person, myself, late 30's male, professional, easygoing but firm on some things, humorous, adventurous, into healthy living/fitness, busy.
I'm very open to negotiation and bartering for cleaning or help with video/audio stuff.
