Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Williamsburg November 1 (some flexibility on dates I'm willing to discuss) for a 6 month lease with possibility to extend. I’m 31M, gay, and primarily work from home (I go to the office a few times a month). The bedroom in the pictures would be unfurnished at move-in. Most of the common-area furniture is mine but making some updates with my roommate moving out. Your share of the rent would be about $400, not including utilities (which tend to be $50 a month).

More about the apartment:
- Natural light and built in closet
- Two floors, living room and bathroom upstairs
- Massive private (furnished) patio
- On same block as Montrose L, 10 min walk from Broadway G, 15 min walk from Hewes or Lorimer J/M stops
- Laundry in building across complex’s courtyard (as well as a laundromat on the same block)
- Dishwasher
- Top floor unit
- Very attentive super for the building
- Apartment nearly entirely furnished, kitchen has most everything you’d need
- Room unfurnished
