The larger one is for files, up to 14" long. It has two small side pockets for bottles.
The smaller one zips all the way open to hold papers that aren't in file folders,
The third one is for pins and miscellaneous stuff.
The fourth compartment is a narrow one around the pull handle. It's a good place to stick folded magazines.
There is a pull handle to the rollers and short carry handles.
It's in very good condition. At $20 this rolling briefcase is cheap.
