avoid buying reolink cameras and accessories unless you enjoy headaches. i spent about 2k on cameras and a NVR and some of the equipment is barely ok, and some cameras should not even be sold in the USA. the problem is in customer service, you cant reach anyone by phone and email support is a joke as it takes a week to get answers, basically they are a joke thats not funny, save your money and buy from someone else. Also they stall and delay the troubleshooting process so that if the camera is bad and needs replaced it is out of the 30 day return window and then you are responsible for shipping both ways and a restocking fee!!
