WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and review architectural drawings and plans in AutoCAD
- Coordinate with our team, engineers, and contractors
- Handle DOB filings and code compliance for NYC projects
- Keep project documents organized and deadlines on track
REQUIREMENTS
- Registered/licensed architect (NY)
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Experience with NYC codes and DOB filings
- Clear communicator, able to manage multiple projects
NICE TO HAVE
- New construction experience
- Residential/multifamily experience
- Revit or other design software
- Familiarity with Brooklyn zoning
COMPENSATION
$65,000 - $100,000 based on experience
