We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable performing physical warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming inventory
- Scan, pack, and prepare devices for shipment
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize packing supplies and shipping materials
- Verify product quantities and packaging accuracy before shipment
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be a US Legal Resident, Citizen or have a US work permit. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify and completion of Form I-9 as required by federal law.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience required.
- Be able to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30+ lbs. regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Reliable, punctual, and be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
