RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Monitor and check temperatures of large cooking kettles

-Record temperatures and production information accurately

-Complete Master Batch Sheets and other production paperwork

-Monitor kitchen operations for food safety and quality

-Occasionally move production carts

-Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

-Some kitchen or food production experience is necessary

-Bilingual English/Spanish

-Must be comfortable working in both hot and cold environments

-Must be able to stand and walk for long periods

-Must be able to climb stairs and ladders

-Must be able to occasionally push/move production carts

-Must be detail-oriented and comfortable completing paperwork
