THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial, take-charge person to help operate and grow an existing cooperative workspace and entrepreneurial incubator in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something of their own, rather than simply work a traditional 9-to-5 job.
The space is already built and operational, with workspace, meeting areas, workshop capabilities and the infrastructure needed to host entrepreneurs, classes, workshops, community events and small-business programming.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, figure things out, build systems, attract people and turn the existing space into a revenue-producing platform.
You will work with the founder, who will provide direction, supervision, ideas and strategic guidance, while giving you significant room to develop and execute your own ideas.
You will essentially have access to an existing business platform and physical space that you can use to develop entrepreneurial opportunities.
