Experienced Program Director needed for a NYC DHS-funded shelter program.
Candidates must have strong NYC shelter leadership experience and knowledge of DHS regulations, CARES, audits/compliance, case management, housing operations, incident management, and staff supervision.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree
3–5+ years of NYC DHS shelter experience
Supervisory/management experience required
Strong knowledge of CARES and DHS policies/procedures
Experience managing program operations, staff performance, documentation, and compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced shelter environment
