Position Details:
Job Title: Retail Assistant / Sales Associate
Compensation: $20+ per hour depending on experience
Employment Type: Part-time (3+ days per week, at least 1 weekend day required), shop hours 11am-6pm
Location: Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide helpful service
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Maintain inventory, merchandise displays, and maintain a clean shop floor
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience
Great communication and people skills
Reliable attendance and punctual attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Shopify knowledge and visual merchandising experience is a plus
