Part-Time Help Needed: Front Yard & Stoop Cleanup (Brownstone) (Carroll Gardens)

We need someone to tidy the front of the building, including the stoop, sidewalk, and front garden area. This is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work and shows up when they say they will.
Tasks include:
Picking up litter and trash from the sidewalk, stoop, and front yard/garden bed
Raking and bagging leaves
Sweeping the stoop, steps, and sidewalk
Clearing debris from around the gate, planters, and tree pit
Bagging and setting out trash and yard waste for pickup
Details:
Location: Union St, between Hoyt St and Bond St
Schedule: One-time job, with the opportunity for repeat work if we're happy with the results
Time needed: Approximately 1-2 hours per visit
Pay: $60 flat rate, paid via Venmo/Zelle upon completion
Supplies: Bring your own, including rake and trash bags
Requirements:
Able to do physical work, including bending, lifting, and raking
Dependable and on time
Previous yard work or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Must be 18+
