Experienced Baker Needed — Brooklyn Cookie Business (Thu/Fri, $22-26/hr) — Start within 2 weeks
Brooklyn Black & White is a real, established mini cookie business (NYC-themed black and white cookies) prepping for our launch at Brooklyn Flea DUMBO. We bake out of Cook Collective, a licensed commercial kitchen in Brooklyn — this is legit, on-the-books work, not a gig.
Looking for an experienced baker to help bake, ice, and package cookies two days a week, starting within the next 2 weeks.
Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $22–$26/hour depending on experience
Location: Cook Collective, Brooklyn (commercial kitchen)
Real baking/finishing experience required — icing/decorating experience a plus
Must be comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment (mixers, commercial ovens, etc.) independently — this is not an on-the-job training role
Must be able to start within 2 weeks
