Room is 12' x 9' $887.29 (closet + window; shared bathroom/kitchen/common space)
Transportation: 5 minute walk from Halsey J, 10 minute walk from Rockaway C, 15 minute walk from Bushwick-Aberdeen L. Also close to the B7, B60, Q24, etc.
We are in general quiet people who keep to ourselves. Only strict living requirement is that the kitchen and bathroom stay clean/free of dirt. Very strict requirement.
This is for a year lease. Income (40x rent; $40-45,000+/year ) and good credit (680+). Having a guarantor makes things easier.
Internet + Utilities separate: Internet approx 15 Utilities range per month from 30-70 but can be higher some months.
This is an apartment with lots of space.
Large kitchen with a large island and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer + storage space in the basement.
