Subletting my fully furnished one bedroom apartment from November 9th - November 19th, or a few days longer.

Preference will be given to someone who can stay the whole time.

- 10 min walk to Prospect Park (Lincoln Road entrance) and the Prospect Park BQ.
- 12 min walk to the Winthrop Street 2/5.
- 2 min walk to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat etc on Flatbush Ave.

Bedroom: Very comfortable queen size bed, desk, computer monitor, A/C unit.
Living room: Big couch, smart tv, dining table with 6 chairs
Kitchen: Fully stocked with appliances and tools. Gas stove
Bathroom: Nice soaking tub and a window!

- Easy street parking
- Fast wifi
- Good water pressure :)
- Insane soundproofing in this old building, I never hear my neighbors!
- Laundry at laundromat down the block
- No dishwasher
- Dog not included, he just loves being in photos. If you are very allergic you might have an issue with the hair, though I do my best to clean it up.
- Your pets are welcome
- Very friendly, warm neighbors
