My music studio partner is moving out at the end of the month, and I'm looking for someone to take over her hours, when I am not there.
Ideal for a composer or producer using it 9-5, or someone else needing a space to make noise during the day. Could also potentially work for a video editor. Some flexibility on the exact hours split is possible, but weekday daytime is the priority.
Notes:
— 12 foot ceilings
— A/C included
— There are no windows in the room
— Intentionally for focus, there is no internet — you could add it at your own cost. Cell service in the building is good for tethering
— There is room for gear to be added, but it would need to work around what is already in there
— No smoking
