Roles may include:
Caretaker – general property upkeep and assistance
Cleaner – cleaning, tidying, and maintaining rooms and common areas
Gardener – lawn, garden, plants, weeding, and outdoor maintenance
Doorkeeper – monitoring entrances, greeting visitors, and helping maintain a safe, orderly environment
Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience and the type of work.
