Dryer is fine/functional. Washer has a broken bearing on the tub. Although it still runs but the barrel rubs against the sides on spin cycles. Likely just good for parts.
Likely parts are more expensive but requires pick up up stoop and 2 flights of stairs.
Has to be picked up before September 9th
