More importantly paying for an expert's time, up to $100/hr for the right experience. Build a few harnesses with us watching, then watch us build a few and tell us what we got wrong, answer questions about the process. 4-hr minimum, Zelle or cash right away.
If you've built harnesses in aerospace, automotive, industrial, marine, medical, it does not matter where the experience came from. Retired is fine. Weekends are fine.
