Comes with the original USB dongle for wireless connection and a fresh pair of AAA batteries. It also supports Bluetooth if you'd rather pair that way.
Only cosmetic issue is that the little plastic cover for the battery compartment on the back is missing. Doesn't affect how the keyboard works at all, batteries stay in place fine and it types like normal.
