Now Hiring: Full-Time LEAD Line Cook

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and have a passion for great food, we want to hear from you.  Our menu is seasonal and uses high quality ingredients.  We provide a positive work atmosphere and culture where FOH and BOH fully support one another.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards including proteins to temp and tasting each dish,

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen organization

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required.  A great palate is a plus!

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Flexible availability, including nights, both weekend days, and holidays
