Top floor, rent stabilized, one bedroom apartment in an elevator building in Fort Green - convenient to multiple subway lines and buses. It’s bright and sunny with great views of BAM and the neighborhood. In-unit washer/dryer in a really well-maintained building with a responsive super. Pets allowed (no fees, but limited to two). In building gym, yoga studio and landscaped roof deck. I absolutely love this apartment and I’m sad to be leaving (moving in with my partner).

This is a lease assignment (through 9/30/27 with option to renew). Can negotiate leaving a few furniture items (kitchen stools, TV/media console, rugs and bedroom dresser).

The management company is requiring that you view the unit / building prior to application. (virtual is fine) The current security deposit on file ($4075.68) will transfer to the new tenant, so that amount will need to be paid to me prior to move in. You will receive the deposit on file when you move out.
