We have a large room for rent! It is sunny and mostly furnished. It's $600/month+$50 for utilities=$650. 1st month+1 month security to move in.
The other people living here are myself, a 40ish y/o bike courier and artist and a chill mid-30's woman who has lived here with me for about 7 years now. We are pretty quiet people and the apartment is also pretty quiet all the time. We rarely have guests over to the house. We find it extremely important to keep the place calm and like a sanctuary from the craziness of the city outside. If you are a low-key and quiet person by nature who wants a steady and calm place to relax/work/study this could be a good fit.
