The room is available October 1st with flexibility to pro-rate a sooner move in date.
Can easily fit a queen size bed and desk with room.
1 bathroom is shared. The shower has good water pressure / adjustable settings.
The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge.
Gas + Electric utilities are split each month ($75-$150 per person).
The apartment is 7 min walk from the L Metropolitan Lorimer and M Lorimer trains.
We have roof access with a table + chairs.
I have been living in the building for 5 years, it’s a nice / quiet place to live.
The landlord’s family live on the 1st /2nd floor and are kind / responsible.
The room is available on a month to month basis October 1st.
I am F/33. I work in a creative industry in office Monday - Thursday + WFH Friday.
