The apartment is on the first floor and is 3 buildings from the C- line subway entrance: Manhattan is about 30 minutes away.
Cool restaurants, bars and a well-stocked grocery are all around the corner. Fort Greene Park & the Barclays Center are both within walking distance.
I’m a photography agent, female, 59 years old. I’ve lived in Clinton Hill since 1999. I’m respectful, clean & extremely chill. I don’t smoke or drink.
The available room is the one that is closest to the bathroom and front door. The space is 12ft x 15ft and can comfortably accommodate a queen sized bed, chest- of- drawers and a side table/ desk and chair.
One wall of the room is taken up by two floor-to-ceiling closets, with extra storage shelves at the top. There is also a barely-used, relatively new LG 8000 btu A/C unit, plus a 50 inch smart tv that can be used or taken out, as tenant wishes.
The living room, bath and kitchen are shared, clean and nicely decorated.

Electricity, high-speed internet, air conditioning and heat are included in the monthly rent. $975 deposit + $975 first month’s rent to move in.
