This is a Universal Remote Control with a hidden JP-1 connector under the battery door. It was very popular for programing using the JP-1 port, especially before Harmony came out with their remotes, which are now mostly gone.

These are brand new never used. I have two of them bought directly from Radio-Shack before they closed. Of all the JP-1 remotes, these 15-1994 Radio Shack models are the best and most popular.
