CHEF:
Fast Paced Established Jamaican restaurant in East Brooklyn is seeking a EXPERIENCED JAMAICAN CHEF ONLY. Chef must know how to cook all authentic style Jamaican dishes BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER. Minimum training will be given. Chef must know how to make 50lbs of rice & peas and ALL big pot meats (OXTAIL/GOAT). Chef must be available for breakfast preparation 4AM, Chef MUST work weekends. (PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS).
PREP CHEF:
Prep chef must have know of cutting all vegetables chef style, applicant must be able to clean & season ALL raw meats for the Chef.. Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs. prep chef will also wash commercial size pots & keep kitchen immaculate. Prep chef hours is 2-10pm and weekends are a must. (SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY)
SERVER/CASHIER:
Applicant MUST be vibrant, full of Energy and ready to provide excellent service to our patrons. EXPERIENCE in Caribbean restaurant preferred. Applicant must have knowledge of POS system, and delivery system (UBEREATS..ETC) Applicant must be flexible with shifts, currently the shift is 2-10 weekends a MUST.
