I'm looking for an experienced freelance sewing professional who is comfortable working with leather, vinyl, foam, and upholstery for a small custom project - its a smaller ottoman from the 70's I found that I want to repurpose for my home.
I already have all materials on hand—I'm simply looking for someone with the right equipment and craftsmanship to sew everything together.
Project Details
Recreate the upholstered cushion shown in the attached photo.
Finished top will be a 5 x 7 grid (35 panels total).
Each panel measures approximately 3.5" x 2".
Clean, straight stitch lines with consistent spacing are essential.
Built to withstand everyday use—this needs to be durable, not decorative.
Cushion will be wrapped around foam and sewn for a professional upholstered finish.
Multiple pieces may follow if the quality is there.
Looking For Someone Who Has
Industrial walking-foot sewing machine (preferred)
Experience with leather or marine/upholstery vinyl
Strong attention to detail
Pride in craftsmanship
Ability to produce clean, professional work with longevity in mind
