We are currently building a team of qualified cleaning professionals for residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and apartment turnover assignments.
We are specifically looking for individuals who already have professional cleaning experience, take pride in their work, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Previous professional cleaning experience is required.
Must provide professional references who can verify previous cleaning experience.
Photos or examples of previous cleaning work are strongly preferred, provided they can be shared with permission.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and proper cleaning techniques.
Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to follow instructions.
Must be able to work independently and complete assignments to company standards.
Must be able to travel to assigned job locations throughout NYC.
Must be comfortable communicating through a smartphone and receiving work assignments electronically.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
COMPENSATION & WORK OPPORTUNITIES
Starting pay: $23.00 per hour
Potential for future pay increases based on performance, reliability, and experience
Part-time, W-2 employee position
Flexible assignments based on business needs and employee availability
Hours vary depending on customer bookings; no guaranteed weekly hours
Company provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
Opportunities for additional assignments as the business grows
SERVICE AREAS
We are actively recruiting cleaners throughout:
Queens
Brooklyn
Manhattan
Bronx
Staten Island
Most assignments will be concentrated in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Applicants should indicate which boroughs they are available to work in.
HIRING & SELECTION PROCESS
Our hiring process consists of:
1. Initial application review
2. Phone interview to discuss experience, availability, and qualifications
3. Professional reference verification
4. Paid, supervised, in-field cleaning assessment for selected candidates
5. Final selection and W-2 employee onboarding
The in-field assessment will evaluate cleaning techniques, efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
All actual cleaning work performed during the assessment will be paid. Required employment eligibility verification and onboarding will be completed before work begins.
