This role places you inside a High Traffic supermarket (Store With-in Store) environment where you engage shoppers, promote Optimum internet/TV/Mobile services, and help customers sign up on the spot.
The job blends customer service, sales, and product education.
Key Responsibilities
Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations about their internet, TV, and mobile needs.
Explain Optimum plans, promotions, and service benefits in simple terms.
Sign up new customers
Assist with Internet Services, phone activations, and bill-related questions.
Meet daily/weekly sales goals and track performance.
Maintain a clean, organized kiosk or table setup inside the Super Market.
Represent Optimum professionally and build positive customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications :
Competitive, goal‑driven personality.
Bilingual : English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Bangali
Basic tech comfort (tablets, phones, apps).
Ability to learn Optimum’s product line (training provided).
Retail Sales Experience Required
Ability to work weekends or evenings depending on store traffic.
🕒 Typical Workday:
90% of the day involves customer interactions and phone activations.
You’ll be on your feet, engaging shoppers and closing sales.
Hours of Operation : 11am to 7pm
Overtime is often available.
Workload depends on store traffic and staffing.
