Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, In-Person
We are an established personal injury law firm seeking a reliable, motivated, and organized individual to join our team.
No prior legal experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
* Must speak English and Spanish fluently
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Basic computer skills
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Previous office or law firm experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and communicate with clients
* Assist with opening and maintaining client files
* Scan, upload, and organize documents
* Perform general administrative and office duties
* Assist attorneys and staff with daily tasks
