Faces & Names, a lively and established bar and restaurant in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a great personality, and knows how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
* Manage seating arrangements and waitlists
* Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
* Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management
* Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy shifts
Qualifications:
* Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Dependable, punctual, and professional
* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
