Seeking a bartender/server for a FULL-TIME schedule. This position is for a bartender who can also work as a server. Each week you will be scheduled a few days as a bartender and a few days as a server.
At least 2-3 years of bartending skills is required for this position. We have a small staff and teamwork is key. There is no calling out once scheduled. We need reliable workers.
Dinner shifts are 4pm - close, Saturday/Sunday we have brunch and dinner, so opening shift starts at 10am. You must have open availability to work 4-5days per week. Weekends (including Friday) are mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must have at least 2-3 years of bartending experience.
-You must have at least 2-3 years of serving experience at full-service restaurants.
- You must be courteous, upbeat, and professional when speaking to the customers.
-You must be excellent at managing time for each customer: making sure orders are put in right away and that tables are turned quickly without rushing your customers' dining experience. Upselling rounds and taking care of your customers.
- You must be excellent at working within a team. You must be able to communicate clearly with the bartender or server, kitchen staff, and management to ensure that service runs smoothly each night.
-You must have a clean appearance and excellent personal hygiene.

- You will be required to do shift work: making drinks, prepping garnish, set-up and break-down of bar and dining room, cleaning the dining room and menus, wrapping silverware sets, nightly clean and weekly deep clean of bar and dining room. Cleanliness is very important to us!
