Tasks requiring less skill @ $180 (8 Hours) / $100 half day (4 Hours)
- No vehicle required, we provide all tools and materials.
- Taking out the trash
- Moving items in and out of storage
- Snow removal (at increased rate)
- Leaf blowing, sweeping, cleaning
- Planting and weeding
- Make your own hours, but must be available for trash days and snow removal timeframes.
Skilled Tasks @ $350 (8 Hours) / $200 half day (4 Hours).
- Has drivers license and owns own tools/vehicle
- Light Carpentry, Masonary, Plumbing and Electric competency
- Can diagnose and assess problems with HVAC, Appliances etc.
- Interaction with tenants, work clean and respectful
- Ability to track own hours and purchase materials and be reimbursed with purchase receipts
Requirements:
- Proven residential repair and building maintenance experience.
- General Liability Insurance is strongly preferred for handymen.
- Flexible scheduling for project days, with reliable availability for scheduled trash and winter weather needs.
