Job Description
Elegant Linen is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Experience managing and updating a Shopify store is also important.
In addition to graphic design responsibilities, this position will involve assisting with online store management, product listings, and customer service. We are looking for someone creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Create professional graphics, marketing materials, promotional banners, and advertisements.
Design product images, website graphics, social media content, and promotional materials.
Edit and enhance product photos using Adobe Photoshop.
Create engaging video content, animations, and promotional videos using Adobe After Effects.
Design catalogs, brochures, layouts, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.
Shopify & E-Commerce Management:
Upload, update, and maintain product listings on Shopify.
Manage product images, descriptions, pricing, and product information.
Create and update website banners, promotional graphics, and landing page content.
Assist with maintaining and improving the overall appearance of our online store.
Customer Service & Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchasing decisions.
Help with order placement, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general customer concerns.
Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support.
Additional Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and the sales team on creative projects and daily operations.
Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry when needed.
Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail, layout, and visual presentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, home décor, bedding, or home furnishings.
Experience with product photography and photo editing.
Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Experience creating promotional videos and animations.
Experience with Excel and Odoo.
Multilingual abilities.
