Recently purchased practice in a great neighborhood is looking for an experienced general dentist, at least 2-3 years. The practice was purchased in 2025 and we’ve had success with elevating the payor mix and dropping lower paying plans by simply providing a more personalized experience. This is a great opportunity for the doctor that wants to learn the business side of dentistry. The neighborhood is changing and the practice is too. The right candidate is friendly, great at presenting treatment plans and coachable. We want to empower you as a leader in the office. Come do the procedures you love doing. The right candidate is flexible and willing to do some hygiene as well, as this helps you to break the ice and present treatment plans. You’ll develop knowledge, both clinically and business knowledge, and you’ll be supported by an awesome team. We offer a flexible schedule, work/life balance and leadership support. You’ll start with a guaranteed pay then go to a percent once you get on your feet. We're a small business so we do not offer 401k or health, but if you help us grow and build more offices then that's on the table too.
