Position: Gaffer / Lighting Technician
Independent Film Noir Web Series | Low-Budget Production
Start Date: October 28, 2026
Pay: $80 stipend per shoot day
Schedule: Once a week, approximately 10–12 hours per shoot day
Commitment: Minimum 2–3 weeks to complete one episode
We’re a small independent film company looking for a reliable, dedicated, and passionate gaffer to join our low-budget film noir web series.
What we’re looking for:
Foundational knowledge of lighting direction and set-ups.
A genuine love for film and visual storytelling.
Reliability, commitment to the production schedule, and a strong work ethic.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
Ideally, some experience on previous film productions, though we’re willing to train the right person!
