26-unit prewar walk-up apartment building seeking a hardworking, reliable, full-time superintendent.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must be available for after-hours emergencies
Responsibilities:
• Building cleaning and maintenance
• Garbage and recycling removal
• Apartment and building repairs
• Tenant relations
• Communication with management
Required Skills:
• Plaster and painting
• Tile work
• Light framing work
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• General handyman repairs
Requirements:
• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Must obtain OSHA and Lead Safe/RRP certifications if not already certified
Compensation:
• $40,000/year
• 1-bedroom apartment included after successful completion of a 3-month probation period
