We are currently seeking a full-time Bakery Support Team Member to assist with packing, dishwashing, cleaning, organization, and general bakery support. This is an essential role within our kitchen operation and a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in hard work, cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
*Pack and prepare outgoing wholesale and retail orders accurately
*Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
*Complete deep-cleaning and general maintenance assignments
*Organize and put away incoming deliveries and supplies
*Break down and bundle cardboard/recycling
*Maintain clean and sanitary workstations throughout the day
*Assist with bakery production tasks as needed, including handling fresh fruit and dough
*Support the team with additional bakery projects based on experience and initiative
*Assist with local product deliveries using the company vehicle (preferred)
Qualifications
1+ year of food service, bakery, kitchen, or production experience preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
Availability must include one weekend day and holiday availability
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
Able to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Strong communication and listening skills
