Live like it's the tenement days! This is a sturdy, unadorned murphy bed that has the potential to save a lot of space for the savvy sleeper. The feet of the bed screw right into the floor, a neat little arm cradles the mattress, and a strap clips around it for extra security. Never had a cabinet for this one, it's an honest Murphy bed that doesn't need to hide.
Take back the hinterland bedroom floor that has for so long been occupied by mattress! It's yours by right!
The bed is superficially showing its age but is still going strong with no mechanical issues whatsoever. Once it's installed, all you do is lift the bed up and the folding leg retracts to lay flat. When sleep beckons, pull the bed down and unclip the strap. It's simple and ergonomic. When it's down, the bed has about 10 inches beneath the frame and the ground.

That's right, it's a steal! And it's as heavy as sin. I'm available to help load it, but it will likely need two people to move/install.
