I believe it's from IKEA (I got it second-hand). It's actually fine, just old and has some stains on it. There are also some holes in the cover behind the large pillows, but they're not visible because they're covered by the pillows. You can unfold it into a bed - it's actually quite comfortable to sleep on as far as sleeper sofas go.
