It is very worn: there are stains on the couch covers which I included in the photos (fabric is removable and washable though!) and one of the zippers from the couch cushion is broken and needs to be replaced (also pictured).
Major cosmetic issues but the couch is still very cozy.
Pest free, pet free, smoke free household in cobble hill.
We are waiting for our new couch to be delivered so we may not be ready to let this go for another 2 weeks.
Located on 2nd floor walk up - must bring two very strong and very capable people: moving this down our narrow stairwell will be tough.
