We’re a small, independently owned Brooklyn restaurant looking for a friendly, confident, and self-motivated server to join our team.
This is not a corporate restaurant. We’re a small team, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys having a real sense of ownership over their work. The majority of our shifts are solo, so you’ll be responsible for running your own shift.

We do a good amount of private events and catering, so there are always opportunities to pick up extra shifts throughout the week—especially as we head into the busier months.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be responsible for keeping the restaurant running smoothly during your shift, including:
- Greeting guests and providing warm, personable service
- Taking orders and running food
- Making coffee and other beverages
- Providing light/moderate bartending service
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Keeping the dining room and service areas clean and organized
- Keeping up with side work and weekly cleaning tasks
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing service
- Handling the flow of service from beginning to endD
- Getting to know our regular guests and creating a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged and can recognize what needs to be done and simply do it. We are a very small team so being reliable and responsible is key.
You should be someone who:
- Is friendly and personable
- Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of the space
- Can confidently solve small problems on the fly
- Is an excellent multitasker
- Takes pride in cleanliness and organization
- Is reliable, responsible, and proactive
- Has restaurant serving experience
- Is comfortable with moderate bartending and beverage service
